Outline of Research at the Start

企業は、複雑化している利害関係者との関係を調整しながら、イノベーションの実現に向けた行動（イノベーション行動）を新しく構築することが求められている。本研究は、企業のイノベーション行動の構築過程と、その過程での利害関係者の役割の解明を目的とする事例研究である。対象は、新技術導入や大学や他社、市民との連携から新しい行動を構築した、業種や規模が異なる企業である。社内のイノベーションを目指す局所的な行動が、自社の新しい行動として認知・正当化されていき、社内のイノベーション行動として確立していく制度化の過程を追跡し、イノベーション行動の制度化のために必要な制度的実践と様々な利害関係者の役割を探る。
