Outline of Research at the Start	「自律的な働き方」を議論するためには、まず自律性について体系的に整理しておくことは喫緊の課題である。また、コロナ禍を契機として、時間と空間を共有して働くという従来の職場の常識が変わりつつあることを受け、組織で働く協働のあり方も変わると考えられるが、協働という人とともに行う行為と、自律的行動という自分のことは自分で決めるという行為とをいかに統合していくかは大きな課題である。この２つの課題の解決に挑み、これからの「自律的な働き方」を論理的に導き出すとともに実践的なインプリケーションを提示することが本研究の目指すところである。
