Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、職場において従業員の感情経験を重視した経営、すなわちアフェクティブ・マネジメントに着目する。これを実施する上で、自律エージェント技術を中心とした情報技術をどのように活用することができるか、その指針と実際の方法を提案する。そして職場での従業員の感情の状態を実際どのように改善しうるのか、その有効性を検証することを第１の目的とする。さらにそれら情報技術を活用した職場におけるアフェクティブ・マネジメントが、職場の状態を表す指標である社会関係資本をどのように改善しうるのかを検証することを第２の目的とする。
