Outline of Research at the Start

我が国の多くの企業が、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）による成果を十分に得られていないと言われており、企業は効率的にDXを推進できる能力の獲得が必要である。DXの効率的な推進には、DXに関与する従業員の能力向上が求められており、その中でもDXのプロジェクトを管理するプロジェクトマネージャ（PM）の能力強化が重要である。本研究では、定性調査・定量調査を活用することで、DXの推進に必要なPMのコンピテンシー（知識・実践・人格など）を明らかにする。
