Outline of Research at the Start

既存の大企業では近年、社内ベンチャーの創出などが活発に行われているが、その際、既存企業のマネジャー（＝管理者）からイントラプレナー（＝経営者）へと、どのように変容・成長するかは明らかにされていない。本研究はそのプロセスと要因を明らかにすることを目的とし、そのために定性研究ではインタビュー調査を実施するほか、定量研究ではイントラプレナーとその予備群のマネジャーに対するアンケート調査を実施する。
