Outline of Research at the Start

「組織の健全性とは何か」を高信頼性組織（High Reliability Organization/Organizing)および心理的安全性（Psychological Safety)の視点から検討していくものである。日本においては、品質安全やサイバーセキュリティ、組織不正など組織の健全性を揺るがす事象が頻発している。本研究では、高い信頼性を誇る組織はどのような組織かを追究する高信頼性組織研究と、近年実務界でも重要視されている心理的安全性の議論を批判的に踏まえたうえで組織の健全性について検討していく。健全な経営を目指す組織に対し、研究から導出される参照枠組みを提示していくことを目的とする。
