Outline of Research at the Start

ソーシャルベンチャーは、リーダーのカリスマ性が色濃く表れるため、その研究のほとんどがケーススタディーに留まり、リーダー特性の汎用的要素が明らかにされていない。しかし、リーダーのカリスマ性だけに着目していては、次代のリーダーを育成することはできない。そこで、本研究では特にリーダーとなるための重要な素養として注目されている感情知性に着目し、次代を担う事の出来るリーダーの育成方法を提案する。
