Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は大規模グループ会社における「働き方改革」の展開の実態解明を目的とする。これまでの「働き方改革」に関する研究では、本社が進める「働き方改革」に着目したものが多く、その取り組みがグループ会社全体にいかに波及し、浸透しているかは明らかになっていない。本研究では「大規模グループ会社本社の『働き方改革』へ向けた取り組みは、地方の子会社・関連会社にいかに影響を与えているのか」という問いのもと、大規模グループ会社における「働き方改革」の展開を定性データ・定量データの収集・分析を通じ明らかにする。
