Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、COVID-19感染拡大の影響を強く受けたと考えられる特別養護老人ホームを主な分析対象として、次の2点について、アンケート調査、インタビュー調査、観察をもとに検討する。1点目は、介護サービスの提供者と利用者、その家族、地域等のステークホルダーとの相互作用にもとづく価値共創に焦点を当て、コロナ禍を経て成長した介護組織は、コロナ禍以前のルーティンをどのように壊し、コロナ禍での経験を契機としてどのようなルーティンを形成したのか、ということであり、2点目は、ルーティン再構築がコロナ後の介護組織の稼働率や職員満足度、利用者家族の満足度にどのような影響を与えたのか、について検討する。
