Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はグローバル化が進展する日本の製造業において，国内本社で開発・蓄積・発展させた環境経営（地球環境保全と経済性を両立させるマネジメント手法）を海外子会社へ移転し成果に結びつけようとする際，どのようなジレンマが生じているか，そのパターンを特定しようとする．そこでは，いかなる変数が環境と経済のパフォーマンス両立の促進・阻害要因となっているか，組織的（組織文化，組織アイデンティティなど）要因を中心に，制度的（環境規制や利害関係者集団の要請，環境処理業者などの環境サポートの有無など），技術的（生産システムや環境保全の中核技術・ノウハウなど）要因について定量的，定性的調査・分析により解明を試みる．
