| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の概要は、スタートアップ企業が成長を続ける要因として、これまで十分に研究されてこなかった「起業家の気概 (growth aspiration) と執念 (persistence) に他者が与える影響」と「参照する他者（ピア）の選択に地理的・歴史的要因が与える影響」について、京都企業を対象とした経験的証拠に基づいて検討し、新たな研究の方向性を切り開くことである。本研究はスタートアップ企業の“創出”だけでなく“成長（の継続）”も重要なテーマであると考え、成長を続ける要因をコンピュータを用いたテキスト分析とシミュレーションで検討する。
