Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，専門職の増加，大衆化と，ITやAIの普及・活用が，専門職の働く上での意識や，その学習や協働にどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにするものである。多くの多様な専門職が働く社会，そしてそこにおいてITやAIが活用される社会では，専門職像が大きく変化する可能性がある。その実態を詳しく検証したうえで，健全な専門職意識が育まれ，高度な専門職が育成されるためのマネジメントを考察していきたい。また，今後特に増加が予測される医療・教育・介護等の領域で働く対人支援型の専門職について，ITやAIを活用した仕事の負荷の軽減や人材育成の高度化の可能性を検討したい。
