Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，ひとつの場に常時集い働くことが必ずしも支配的ではない現状において，オフィスやコワーキングスペースなど人々が集い，働くことの意義を再検討することを目的としている．具体的には，①企業オフィスは「知恵を生み出す場」としての期待が高まっていることを踏まえ，②コワーキングスペースなどの共有・共創スペースはパンデミック下で組織人の利用も増え，より多様な利用者が混在しつつあることを踏まえ，知識共有や共創を促すスペースの物理的特徴を明らかにする．これらに加え，③フル・リモート・ワークなど，物理的な場を共有しない働き方の文献レビューやデータ収集を通じて，本研究を発展させる研究課題を最後に導出する．
