Outline of Research at the Start	創業期のエクイティファイナンス市場は、実績のない起業家がビジネスアイデアやプランだけを武器に投資家との出資交渉に臨まなければならず、また、投資家も起業家の主張のみを手掛かりに出資を検討せざるを得ないため、成長見込みのある起業家に対し資金が適切に供給されていないといった問題が指摘されている。本研究では、情報の非対称性の問題が最も強く影響し、起業家・投資家双方を悩ませている創業期のエクイティファイナンス市場を舞台に、起業家のどのような人的資本が投資家へのシグナリング効果を持ち、資金調達を可能に（資金制約を緩和）するのか、独自に構築するデータベースに基づいた定量分析と定性的調査を通して検証する。
