Outline of Research at the Start

大学の科学研究はその高度化に伴い、複数の研究者から成るチームで行うものが過半を占める状況となっている。したがって、各研究者の個性を理解・尊重し、チームの活性度を高く維持することが重要である。例えばストークス（D. E. Stokes）は各研究者の個性を3つに分類することを提唱したが、個性の客観的な評価は難しく、研究者の個性の理解と尊重は十分とは言えない。
そこで、本研究の目的は、研究者の個性の客観的な評価・分類方法を確立し、それを尊重し応用したチームビルディング、共同成果の予測に基づく目標設定等により、イノベーション創出を支援することにある。
