Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、日本企業の立地選択行動を明らかにすることにある。その際には、海外事業経験とトップマネジメントチームに着目する。
この２点に注目することは、２つの点で重要である。第１に、国際経営研究における「外国企業であることの不利」という重要な前提に取り組むことが可能となる。第２に、国際事業経験へマイクロ・ファウンデーションの視点から接近することを試みる。先行研究は、「国際事業経験」からの学習は一定だという仮定に立脚してきたが、本研究では、この仮定を緩和して、企業間で国際事業経験の学習に違いがあるという仮定に立脚する。その際には、その経験を解釈・評価するトップマネジメントチームに注目する。
