Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、調査票調査によって営業員の仕事満足度に関するデータを収集しその分析をおこなう。分析の際には、統計的因果推論によって、要因間の因果関係を明らかにすることを目指している。従来の統計的手法による分析では、要因間の相関関係はわかるが、因果関係を特定することは困難であった。統計的因果推論を用いることにより、営業組織における管理施策による介入効果を測定したり、反事実の結果を検証したりすることが可能となる。さらに、インデプス・インタビューを通じて営業員の仕事満足度とワークライフバランスに影響をおよぼす営業組織の管理施策に関して、仕事満足度とワークライフバランスへの影響と業績に対する影響を分析する。
