Outline of Research at the Start	特定のビジネスを固定期間で遂行する組織形態はプロジェクトベース組織 (PBO) と呼ばれる。PBOの興味深い例として、日本の映画やアニメーションの企画・ファンディング・制作・興行のために組織される映画製作委員会がある。本研究は、映画製作委員会におけるメンバー間のコーディネーション問題がプロジェクト成果にどのような影響を与えるのか、またそのコーディネーションにおいて所有権がどのような役割を果たすのか、映画制作を担う制作会社やクリエーターの映画製作委員会への関与の仕方が成果にどのように影響するのかについて実証研究を行う。
