Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、フラットニングを伴う組織形態を対象としたマネジメント・コントロール・システムのあり方について、ケーススタディーを主体とした調査を行い、その分析を通じて現実的効果や課題を検討する。その上で、ヒエラルキーをある種の前提条件として展開してきたマネジメント・コントロール・システムという考え方が、フラットニングの中でどのように機能し、何が限界で、どのような発展可能性があるのかという逆説的な問いに挑戦する。
