Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、専門職の1つである監査人がどのように知識・スキル・能力（エキスパティーズ）を開発するのかを調査することである。一般に、専門職の養成には10年から20年を要するとされることから、本研究は第1に、中長期的なキャリア形成の観点から監査人のエキスパティーズ開発プロセスをアンケート調査する。第2に、本研究は、初期キャリアに焦点をあて、若手監査人のエキスパティーズ開発に影響を与えるモチベーション要因を実験調査することである。これは、世界各国の監査業界が直面する、若手監査人の監査離れという深刻な実務的課題にも対処するものである。
