Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、人的資本会計に関して、以下の2点を考察する。第1に、人的資本という概念を曖昧に使うのではなく、「人的資産」、「従業員持分」に峻別した上で、評価・認識の可能性及び方法を論じる。つまり、人的要素の貸借対照表（以下、BS）上への計上可能性について考察する。第2に、「人的資産」ならびに「従業員持分」が企業価値分析にどのようなインパクトを及ぼすのか、事例研究と計量分析により考察する。規範的アプローチ、会計基準アプローチ、事例分析、計量分析を併用する。これらによって、日本企業のステークホルダー型経営への示唆も期待できる。
