Outline of Research at the Start	中小企業がマネジメント・プロセスを安定化させるMCSに関する議論を拡張させ、中小企業経営者が将来像を構想し、策定した戦略を実行するためにどのようにMCSを設計するかを明らかにする。経営上の重要な場面において①経営者がMCSを用いて不確実性やリスクをいかに把握するか、②状況把握した上でいかにMCSの再設計を行うか、③いかに再設計したMCSを浸透させるかという一連のプロセスを示すことを目的とする。
