Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、岩手県、長野県、香川県、沖縄県の４県の合計8つの産業の人材形成の現状と課題を明らかにする。多様な中小企業の取り組みを類型化し、帰納的に仮説を構築する。
研究対象として、４県の地場産業と戦略産業を取り上げる。地場産業では伝統的な人材形成の方法、戦略産業では新しい方法を観察できる可能性がある。焦点を当てるのは現場と経営戦略をつなぐミドル人材、および研究開発、DX、国際業務などの業務を担う専門人材である。それらが、今後の地方産業の発展において特に重要な役割を果たすと考えるためである。
