Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、持続可能な地域づくりの促進を目的に、特定の地域に根差しつつ、領域横断的な支援活動を展開する「中間支援組織」の体制・基盤の構築をテーマに調査・考察を行うものである。具体的には、①中間支援組織の体制設立・整備プロセス、②組織としての専門的能力の強化、③中間支援活動を担う人材の獲得・育成、に焦点を当てながら、日本国内ならびに同組織の設立等が先行している欧州での事例調査結果にもとづく比較分析、国内の関連組織を対象にした参与観察調査などを通じて、日本におけるそれらの実態・課題、今後の取り組み方策などを明らかにしていく。
