Outline of Research at the Start

市場化された有償の家事・ケアサービスは、移住労働者などにより経済的に弱い立場にある女性たちによって低賃金で担われている。労働条件の整備を含めた家事・ケア労働の社会的・経済的評価の向上は、今後のジェンダー平等の実現において避けて通れない課題である。本研究では、家事・ケアサービスの使用者・利用者に焦点を当て、利用者組織と労働者の連携によって「ディーセント・ワーク」を実現する条件を、仏米日の比較研究により明らかにする。サービスの受益者である利（使）用者と、サービスを提供する労働者が、労働条件の改善を「共通の課題」として連携し、政策・政治を変える可能性について考察する。
