Outline of Research at the Start	大学での専攻分野、あるいは職業における性構成比の偏りのことをそれぞれ性別専攻分離、性別職域分離と呼ぶが、本稿では教育、仕事の領域で性別分離が生じるのはなぜか、本稿ではweb調査によるヴィネット実験データを用いて解明を試みる。ヴィネット実験では、ある架空の個人の属性が記載された履歴書を回答者に提示し、その個人が特定の専攻分野、職種に適性な人材か判断してもらう。web調査によるヴィネット実験では、履歴書に示される架空の個人の属性情報をランダムに表示することが可能で、性別が、特定の専攻分野や職種における適性評価に及ぼす影響をより頑健な方法を用いて示していく。
