Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、都市部に居住する出産前後期の共働き夫婦がいかなる資源を形成・活用しながら、どのように子育てと就労に携わっているのか、およびそこにいかなる階層差がみられるのかを、夫婦ペアデータをもとに明らかにすることである。
具体的には、調査項目と仮説を精査した後、国内の都市部に居住する出産前後期のフルタイム共働き夫婦を対象に質問紙調査を行う。次に、多重対応分析を用いて「子育て空間」を描き、資源や意識の全体像を把握する。さらに、その中から事例を選定し半構造化インタビューを行い、子育て・就労の経験、夫婦関係・役割分業、家庭の資源等について尋ねる。以上を通じて、そのリアリティと困難を明らかにする。
