Outline of Research at the Start

2024年度については、インタビュー調査を実施するにあたって、アメリカ合衆国における移民史、労使関係史、あるいは経営史などの歴史研究に関わる文献、および資本主義システムおよび「互酬性」に関わる理論的研究に関わる文献のサーベイを行う。2025年度については、移民労働者を対象としたインタビュー調査を本格的に実施する。2026年度については、 同様に、歴史的・理論的文献のサーベイとインタビュー調査を継続する。最終年度は、これまでの研究の補充・調整を実施する。調査に関する調整としては、対象者に関連して、エスニシティの構成割合および世代構成などを勘案して、適宜補充調査を行う。
