Outline of Research at the Start	2011年3月11日の東日本大震災での原発事故をきっかけに生じた反原発運動をはじめとし、近年、日本でも比較的大規模な社会運動の活性化がみられる。これに伴い、国内外の研究者による2011年3月11日（以下、3.11）以後の社会運動の研究が進んでいる。本研究は、日本の社会運動のピークの１つであった60年安保闘争から、3.11以後の各種の社会運動の活性化の間に、どのような社会運動の潮流があり、それらがどのように形成されてきたのかを60年安保闘争に参加し、その後も社会運動に関わった運動家のライフヒストリーを通じて明らかにするものである。
