| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は「時間貧困をめぐるこれまでの研究はどのような時間意識を前提とし、時間貧困をいかなる問題として構成して、どのような結論と成果を得てきたか」を明らかにし、評価しようとする理論中心の研究である。その際、T. H. Marshall以降の社会学におけるシティズンシップ論、A. SenやM. Nussbaumらのケイパビリティ・アプローチを理論的パースペクティブに依拠する。社会思想、社会学、社会政策、経済学などの観点から、時間貧困の問題を自由と社会的権利の問題として再構成することが主たる関心となる。さらに、そうした問いの解明から、時間貧困を解決するための時間の社会的分配をめぐる政策を提案したい。
