Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、対象に個人事業主などを含む、よりインクルーシブな育児休業制度を持つ国々(スウェーデン、ドイツ、オーストラリア等)と日本について、育児休業等のワークライフバランス関連制度およびその利用の実際を、具体的なケースの質的な分析によって比較する。そのことにより、こうした制度および実態の国による違いが、子育てやワークライフバランスのありかたにどのような影響を及ぼすか、特にジェンダー平等の観点から明らかにしたい。さらに、どのような施策が求められるか、またその導入や改正のためにどのような政治的・社会的プロセスが求められるかについても検討を進める。
