Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、特に、1990年前後から顕著となった、ダムをはじめとする河川インフラに対する「逆風」の時代から、近年の気候変動の時代になって、その国民的認識が変化したことを縦軸としながら、河川インフラが、土木遺産としての価値付与等によって新たな意味を有することになった今日的な状況について総合的に分析を行うものである。
