Outline of Research at the Start	近年、頻発している大規模災害による犠牲者の多くが高齢者であるように、高齢者の社会参加を促すことが、超高齢社会における地域コミュニティの災害対応力を底上げするうえで必須の課題と考えられる。これを解決するためには、高齢者の社会参加の阻害要因を解明し、それを克服するための実効性のある手法を開発する必要がある。本研究では、「哲学カフェ」と呼ばれる語り合いの場の運営手法を地域社会の現場に導入し、具体的な実践研究を通じて、より効果的な高齢者の社会参加を促進する場のデザイン手法を開発し、地域コミュニティの災害対応力の底上げを目的とした事前復興の実践研究を試みる。
