Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では原発立地と雇用の関係を分析し、雇用創出の阻害要因を特定し、それらを取り除き雇用促進する支援策を検討し提案することにより福島浜通りの復興に貢献することを目的としている。分析は定量的な手法である差の差分析と非構造化インタビューによる定性的な手法を組み合わせ行う。第1段階では福島浜通りがなぜ製造業の雇用創出に成功しなかったのかを分析する。第2段階では原発そのものが雇用にどのような影響を与えるのか、各原発を比較することで明らかにする。第3段階では、それまでの分析で明らかになったボトルネックの要因を分析、優先順位づけし、雇用創出策を立案する。
