Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多重介護者の離職防止にむけた職場環境のニーズと必要な要件について明らかにする研究である。仕事が生活に与える影響を明らかにし、介護や子育てをしている職員を包括的にサポートする職場環境の整備を目指す。本研究から得られる成果は、多重介護を担う労働者の就労ストレスと介護、育児の負担を軽減できる他、持続可能な仕事と生活の両立を支える施策提案につなげることができる。
