Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、最低生活保障が子どものいる貧困家庭の金融ケイパビリティに与える影響とその要因を明らかにし、改善に資する政策の設計と運用を考案することにある。このために、日本国内の特定自治体における事業横断的な実態調査・データ解析による仮説構築を行い、その仮説の検証を全国的な規模で行う。これと同時に、子どもの貧困等に関わる海外諸国の資産福祉や金融包摂、あるいは社会的投資政策、専門的実践の展開とそれらに関わる研究動向の特質を明らかにする。研究成果として得られた知見は、国内外の学会等で報告するだけでなく、関係者への研修等にて活用することで社会実装の強化・社会貢献の推進につなげる。
