Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、地方障害者施策において、障害者と自治体職員が協働で行う、質的調査のモデルを開発することである。質的データには、内容を伝える側面と、障害者の自己像や仲間意識を語ろうとする側面とがある。質的調査は、調査者と調査協力者との相互作用によって進む。具体的手法は、大阪府、大阪市、八尾市、豊岡市等における職員や障害者への質的調査の意義と課題に関するインタビュー、自治体が実施する、グループインタビューやワークショップの参与観察をする。成果は、学術論文のみならず、オンラインセミナーや無料教本にする。本研究により、地方障害者施策への障害者の参加、障害者と自治体との協働が進むことが期待される。
