Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、①トランスジェンダーのトラウマ経験に焦点を当て、近年北米を中心にソーシャルワークに導入されているトラウマインフォームドケア（TIC)を応用した支援の有用性を検証する。②先行研究が乏しい日本の中高年世代のトランスジェンダーのトラウマ経験を質的調査により実証的に明らかにするとともに、国際比較を踏まえ、わが国固有の歴史的社会的文脈の分析に基づき、構造的な差別とその長期的な心理社会的影響について分析を行う。③社会学の分担研究者を含む学際的な協働により、トランスジェンダーに対するTICを応用した教育プログラムの開発を目指して、養成課程における教育内容と方法、教育実践上の課題を明らかにする。
