Outline of Research at the Start

近年、知的障害者の高齢化やそれに伴う医療同意への支援は緊要な課題となっている。知的障害者のグループホーム(GH)でも今後、利用者の加齢に伴う病気や人生の最終段階での治療の選択・決定といった医療同意に関わる場面が増加すると考えられる。ゆえに本研究では、GHにおける重度知的障害者の医療同意の実態を事例分析を通して明らかにし、医療同意に関する意思決定支援のモデル構築を行う。
