Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、医療ソーシャルワーカーの研究支援に関する研究である。第1に医療ソーシャルワーカーによる研究動向と職能団体による研究支援に関する研修の実態と課題を検証する。第2に研究経験がある医療ソーシャルワーカーを対象とした質的研究により研究体験を検証する。第3に全国の医療ソーシャルワーカー約5,000名を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、研究に対する認識の構造と関連要因を検証する。これらの検証から、エビデンスに基づいた医療ソーシャルワーカーに対する新たな研究支援プログラム開発に向けた基礎的知見を得ることを目的としている。
