Outline of Research at the Start	日本の事業者は中国人職員を現地採用し、サービスの展開において、職員の姿勢が整えられていないため、維持したい日本の強みがなかなか浸透させられないことが課題となっている。本研究では、サービス提供する側の中国人職員が「日本式介護」をどう考えているか、実際にどのように実施しているか、また、どのような要素が中国人職員の認識を影響しているかを明らかにする。中国人職員が認識している日本式介護の内容が明確にされることで、中国に進出した「日本式介護」の特徴がはじめて説明できるようになる。
