Outline of Research at the Start

終末期がん患者に対する支援は、患者に対してADLを網羅的に支援されていること、自分らしさを形成する生活行為を明らかにする手段がないこと、が問題となっている。
本研究では、終末期がん患者に対して主体的な生活を支援する多職種連携プログラムを実践し、その効果と課題を検証する。
信頼性と妥当性が確認された、終末期がん患者の生活行為に関する代理者評価尺度：Proxy rating scale for Daily Living Performance in Terminal Cancer patients（PDLP-TC）を開発し、PDLP-TCを用いた作業療法の効果を検討する。
