Outline of Research at the Start	現代社会においてボランティア活動は主要な社会活動の一つとなっているが、参加人数が増加しているわけではない。福祉領域におけるボランティア活動においても、その解決策としてインセンティブが導入されている。しかし、インセンティブの有効性についてガイドラインとなる研究は管見では見当たらない。本研究は「福祉領域」におけるボランティア活動を推進するうえで，インセンティブの導入の是非についてボランティア活動を実施する個人（ボランティア個人）の視点から明らかにし、アルバイトとの違いや活動に影響を与えるインセンティブの類型と有効性を分類することで、ボランティア活動推進のためのインセンティブ・モデルの構築を目指す。
