Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、障害として軽度であったり、障害として認定されていないが「特別な配慮を要する」幼児の親の生活保障のニーズについて、インタビュー調査を通じて明らかにすることを目的とする。インタビュー調査の結果と制度面の現状分析を踏まえて、現在の制度の在り方が適切かを検討するとともに、望ましい生活保障の制度設計についても明らかにしたい。
