Outline of Research at the Start	子育て支援に関わる保育士には、児童福祉法第18条の4において「保護者に対する保育に関する指導」に関する業務が定められているが、保護者に対する保育業務の原理や技能は、十分に構造化されておらず、保育士は保護者との関係の難しさや責任の重さを感じながら、それぞれが持つ経験を頼りに子育て支援に努めている。そこで本研究では、子育て支援に関わる保育士の就労継続を促す段階的支援プログラムの開発を目的とする。認知行動論的技法とリフレクションに基づく本支援プログラムによって、保育士の効力感（見通しや自信）が向上し、保育士が保育の仕事に喜びや誇りを持って働き続けることが期待できる。
