本研究の最終目標は、過疎地域における保健師を軸とした妊娠期から子どもが就園するまでに焦点化した母親へのアウトリーチ支援のプログラムを特定することである。
①アウトリーチによって機関とつながった母親を対象としたインタビュー調査をコード化し、②A自治体との協働により、アウトリーチ支援に有効な手立てを、ハード面・ソフト面から検討する。その後、③手立てにより作成されたアウトリーチ支援のプログラムをＡ自治体で試行し、特に④母親への効果を検証する。
結果、過疎地域における母親へのアウトリーチ支援のプログラムを提示する。過疎地域に限定せず一般化可能な子どもの課題予防へのインプリケーションとして期待できる。
