Outline of Research at the Start

社会的フレイルはうつ病や認知症のリスク因子である．しかしながら，社会的フレイルの高齢者は独居で社会とのつながりがない等の問題を有し，健診や介護予防事業のみでは，健康問題の把握が遅れている．本研究では，社会的フレイルの指標のうち「会話」に着目する．従来までの主観的評価とは異なり，日常的な会話の量と内容の要素を客観的に測定することが，抑うつや認知機能低下を予測するのか，その妥当性を検討することを目的とする．
