| Outline of Research at the Start |
社会関係資本に照準して、「地域共生社会」の実現条件の検討を進める。地域住民が相互に承認しあい、支えあって暮らしていることが望ましいことは言うまでもない。
①相互承認の成立には、双方向的な信頼関係が必要であり、②支えあいの関係の成立には、住民間にネットワークが存在し、互酬性の規範が共有されている必要がある。
①②に関して、「地域共生社会」について、１）概念の制度的な成立過程、および、実現条件の理論的な検討をおこない、それを踏まえて、２）聞き取り調査とアンケート調査のデータ分析を通して、居住地域における社会関係資本の実態と、政策的な目標設定の妥当性と必要とされる取り組みについて検討する。
