Outline of Research at the Start	外国人介護職員の業務習得に関する調査研究では、介護記録の読み書きができる日本語能力のみを注視してきたため、外国人が記録をどのように理解し業務遂行しているかという読解の評価視点が抜け落ちていた。ヒューマンエラーを減少させる介護記録の書き方の質を改善するために、誤読解を未然に防ぎ、介護実践の証拠となる記録の書き方をテーマにした漫画教材を開発するとともに、その教材を用いて書き方を教える方法を検討する。
