Outline of Research at the Start	社会的ひきこもり支援の難しさは主に、本人が支援を拒否し、そのため家族のみが支援を求めるが家族は支援機関からたらい回しにあい、そうした経過を経て家族自身も疲弊することにある。Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)はそうした状態の本人と家族の両方へ体系的に介入するエビデンスに基づく家族支援プログラムであり日本でも効果が報告されている。しかしCRAFTの日本での実装は非常に限定的である。本研究では社会的ひきこもりへのCRAFTを対象に「普及と実装研究」フレームワークを用いて実装改善に向けた戦略をたて実践し、その効果を検証する。
